Delivery Policy

At Tweak My Style, we aim to make your beauty and grooming experience seamless — from booking your service to enjoying it on time. As a digital platform that connects users with salons and professionals, this Delivery Policy outlines how and when booked services are delivered, including in-salon appointments, at-home services (if applicable), and any digital confirmations or communications.

1. Nature of Services

Tweak My Style is an online listing and booking platform that enables users to browse, compare, and schedule appointments with independently operated salons and stylists. The actual delivery of the services (haircuts, facials, makeup, grooming, etc.) is performed directly by the salons or beauty professionals listed on the platform.

We facilitate:

In-salon appointments (services delivered at the salon location).
Home services (only if offered by a specific salon/stylist on our platform).
Booking confirmations and service updates via email/SMS/app.

2. Service Delivery Types

a. In-Salon Services

When a user books an in-salon appointment:

The user is expected to arrive at the designated salon location at the chosen time.
The selected salon or stylist delivers service on-premises.
Users will receive instant booking confirmation via email or SMS.
Salons are responsible for honoring bookings and starting services within a reasonable time of arrival.

b. Home/Doorstep Services(If applicable)

If a salon offers home service (this will be mentioned in the listing):

The stylist will travel to the user’s specified address at the scheduled time.
All tools and products required for the service should be brought by the salon professional.
Users must ensure a safe, clean, and accessible space for service delivery.
Tweak My Style does not provide transportation or equipment — this is fully handled by the salon/stylist.

3. Booking Confirmation & Communication

Once a service is booked, users will receive:

A booking confirmation (via email/SMS/app).
Salon details, including name, location, stylist assigned (if applicable), and service details.
Appointment reminders (usually 2–24 hours before the service).
Real-time updates if the salon or stylist needs to reschedule or communicate changes.

4. Service Delivery Timeframes

The expected service start time is the time selected during booking.
Salons are advised to maintain punctuality and inform users if delays are anticipated.
For home services, a 10–15 minute grace window is acceptable unless otherwise communicated.

5. Delays and No-Shows

In the event of a delay or service failure:

If the salon or stylist is delayed:

Users will be notified by the provider or via the platform.
If the delay exceeds 30 minutes without a valid reason, the user can reschedule or request a replacement (see Replacement Policy).

If the user is delayed:

A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
Beyond this, salons may treat it as a late arrival or no-show and may charge accordingly (see Cancellation Policy).

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Users can cancel or reschedule bookings within the allowed time window set in the salon’s policy.
Salons must inform users at least 2 hours prior to a cancellation or rescheduling.
Repeated last-minute cancellations by either party may result in limited booking privileges or delisting.

7. Geographic Limitations for Home Services

If home services are available:

They may be limited to specific areas, cities, or pin codes, as defined by the salon.
Tweak My Style does not control travel feasibility or salon coverage zones.
Users are encouraged to verify if their address falls within the eligible delivery area before booking.

8. Service Quality Responsibility

While Tweak My Style verifies salons during onboarding, all service delivery, punctuality, and professionalism remain the sole responsibility of the listed salon or stylist. However, users can report issues to us, and we will intervene where necessary to ensure a fair outcome.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Tweak My Style is a facilitator, not the service provider. We do not guarantee the availability, timeliness, or personal conduct of third-party salons. However, we actively monitor listings and reviews to ensure a quality experience for all users.

In case of service failure or misconduct, please refer to our Replacement Policy or contact support directly.
