1. Listing Fees (for Salons)

Subscription Plans: Salons must subscribe to one of our listing packages to appear on the platform.
Payment Schedule: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly/annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be notified ahead of renewal.

2. Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways as available.
All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment processor.

3. Booking Payments (for Customers)

Direct Payments: Payments for salon services are made directly between the customer and the salon, either online (if enabled) or in person.
Platform Fees (if applicable): In cases where Tweak My Style facilitates booking or payment, a small service fee may apply. This will be disclosed during the checkout process.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription Fees: Subscription payments for listing salons are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate billing.
Customer Bookings: Refund and cancellation policies for services are set individually by each salon. Customers are encouraged to review a salon’s policy before booking.
Disputes: If you encounter an issue with a payment, please contact us. We’ll do our best to mediate where appropriate.

5. Taxes

All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for any taxes required by law in their jurisdiction.

6. Failed or Late Payments

Access to premium features may be suspended for salons with overdue accounts.
A grace period of 7 days may be provided before account restrictions apply.

Tweak My Style reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” revised accordingly.
