Because of this intermediary role, we have designed this Return & Refund Policy to clearly explain the process regarding cancellations, refunds, and disputes related to services booked through our platform.

1. Services Booked Through Tweak My Style

When you book a service through Tweak My Style, your contract is directly with the salon you select. We act solely as a platform that lists and promotes salons and their services.

No Direct Service Delivery: We do not provide any salon services ourselves.
No Direct Refunds: Refunds or returns for services or products purchased through salons listed on Tweak My Style must be handled directly with the respective salon.
Service Satisfaction: We encourage customers to communicate directly with the salon to resolve any dissatisfaction with the service.

2. Salon-Specific Refund & Cancellation Policies

Each salon listed on our platform operates independently and may have its unique policies regarding cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, or no-shows.

Policy Transparency: We advise customers to carefully review the cancellation and refund policies of each salon before booking.
Variation in Policies: Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, fees, and procedures may vary widely depending on the salon.
Contacting Salons: For any questions or disputes, customers should reach out directly to the salon using the contact information provided on their listing page.

3. Booking Cancellations

Cancellation via Platform: If a salon supports cancellations through Tweak My Style, you may cancel your booking through your user dashboard within the permitted cancellation timeframe.
Cancellation Deadlines: Please respect the salon’s cancellation deadlines to avoid penalties. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges as per the salon’s policies.
Non-Cancellable Services: Some services or promotional bookings may be marked as non-cancellable or non-refundable by the salon.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a salon service, please first try to resolve the matter with the salon directly.
Platform’s Role: Tweak My Style does not process refunds for salon services but may assist in mediating disputes.
Exceptions: Refunds for payments made directly to Tweak My Style (such as booking fees or premium listing fees by salons) are subject to our platform policies and may be issued at our discretion or as required by law.

5. Handling Disputes and Complaints

Customer Support: If you experience difficulties or issues with a salon listed on our site and cannot resolve the matter directly, please contact us immediately.
Resolution Efforts:While we do not guarantee refunds, we will strive to work with both parties to find an amicable solution.
Reporting Misconduct: If you believe a salon has engaged in unfair or deceptive practices, please inform us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action, including potential removal of the salon from our platform.

6. Platform fees

Non-Refundable Platform Fees: Any fees paid directly to Tweak My Style (e.g., booking fees, priority listing fees, promotional charges) are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Transparency: All platform fees will be disclosed at the time of payment.
Refund Requests: Should you request a refund for platform fees, these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No Liability for Salon Actions: Tweak My Style is not liable for the quality, performance, or any issues related to services rendered by salons.
Verification of Information: While we endeavor to verify the authenticity and reliability of salons listed, the ultimate responsibility lies with the salon for service delivery.
Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
