Tweak My Style is a listing and booking platform that connects users with independently operated salons. While we do our best to partner only with trusted professionals, Tweak My Style does not directly provide salon services.

As such, we do not offer direct warranties on the services rendered by listed salons. However, we are committed to helping resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

2. Service Quality Responsibility

Each salon is solely responsible for:

The quality of services delivered.
The products used during treatments.
Their own refund or satisfaction policies.

We encourage salons listed on our platform to maintain high standards and resolve any customer dissatisfaction in a professional and timely manner.

3. Satisfaction Support

If you’re not satisfied with a service received through a booking on Tweak My Style, here’s what you can do:

Provide a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Respond promptly to customer concerns and resolve issues fairly.

Repeated violations may result in removal from the platform.
